What sort of cleaning services do you offer?
We currently offer residential and business cleaning services to Monroe, Wayne, and Ontario counties in the state of New York. Our team is expanding, and so too will our coverage areas over time.
Options include: standard or deep cleaning, move-in/move-out deep cleaning, one time service or month to month service contracts available.

How are you handling Covid-19 precautions?
Our team is outfitted with N95 masks and gloves. Each member is required to use hand sanitizer and thorough hand washing between every client. We do ask that you inform us if anyone in the home has tested positive (to the best of your knowledge) so we can ensure best practices for our staff during the service.

Do the Touch of LA gift cards expire?
Our gift cards never expire. Whomever claims the gift card is entitled to the entire balance. If any amount remains on a gift card after a clients’ service is performed, the remaining balance can be used towards the purchase of the next service.

I have pets does your cleaning service have options to help remove odors?
Before booking your appointment we can discuss with you over e-mail or phone the options for reducing pet odors, depending on the extent of cleaning needed the rates may be higher if specific pet odor service is required.
